Star Anise contains a high quantity of vitamin A and C, which are extremely beneficial in recovery and fighting against infections in the body. Two of the main active ingredients in Star Anise are thymol, terpineol which help relieve cold and cough. The other ingredients like tulsi, ginger, and turmeric are proven remedies to boost immunity and fight flu-symptoms.

• BREWING: Add 1 teaspoon or 1 tea bag per cup (150ml). Always pour hot water (80C) on the tea and not the other way around. Steep for 2-3 minutes. All our teas (tea bags or whole leaf) can be rebrewed. Just add hot water and steep for longer than the first steep.
