Preservative Free. ] [ INGREDIENTS: Taru Black rice Flour & Chickpea flour. Black Rice is a Mother variety of Heir loom Rice, Grown with Love by Assamese Farmer Groups. ] [ HOW TO USE: Take 2 bowls. In 1st bowl, whisk together Pancake Mix, Salt & Jaggery Powder to taste. For fluffy Pancakes, add a pinch of baking powder. For taste, add Vanilla Essence, Cinnamon, Chocolate. In the other bowl, little melted Butter (preferable Vegan Butter) with any of these options - 1 cup - Milk/Vegan Milk. Add wet to dry ingredients. Stir lightly to make smooth batter. Keep aside for 15 mins. Preheat pan. Grease with little Oil, Butter or Desi Ghee. Spread one ladleful Batter on pan. Spread thinly & evenly in a round shape. Cover pan till firm & flip.
