** Shenga Chutney / Peanut Chutney Powder ** This sauce is nice in Maharashtra's meal, with bread, dal-rice or just ghee-bread. ### The materials required: * Peanuts - 2 cups (roasted, removal of rice) * Dry red chilli-1-3 (according to the chilli) * Garlic-3-5 petals * Cumin - 1 tsp * Salt - to taste * Oil - 1 tsp (red pepper to return) ### Action: 1. Roast the peanuts on a slow heat and remove the peel after cooling. 2. Return to a little oil of red pepper. 3. Add peanuts, chillies, garlic, cumin and salt to the mixer and add it (like a powder, do not finely). 4. If you want, add a little ghee and serve with bread or rice. This dry sauce lasts a long time.
